She focuses on organizational and leadership development, talent management and training, workforce development. She is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of success in the staffing industry.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager has 13+ years of recruiting and staffing experience. She develops and maintains recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow. She and her team conduct all onboarding activities. She is responsible for meeting with client partners on a regular basis to ensure key performance metrics are met and goals are exceeded.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager has 19+ years of experience in H,R. She is well versed in all aspects of employee benefits including Medical / Dental, Vision, Wellness, 401(k), Flexible Spending, COBRA, FMLA / Disability leave and Educational Assistance programs. She also completes employment audits of all applicant completed documents and conducts orientations on policies, procedures, compensation, benefits, and the employer/employee relationship guidelines. She and her team processes and maintains all payroll activities and records.
